From Salt Lake City International Airport (Airport Code: SLC)

1. Follow signs at the Airport Exit to the Bangerter Highway
2. Go South on the Bangerter Highway
3. You will pass a large shopping center called Jordan Landing on your right (west side of the road, approximately 11 miles from the Airport)
4. Make your way into the left lane. The Jordan Valley Hospital will be coming up on your left (east side of the road, approximately 1.5 miles from Jordan Landing)
5. At the 9000 South Intersection, Make a Left on 9000 South (approximately 13 total miles from the Airport)
6. Make your first left into the Jordan Valley Hospital Campus
7. Make another left at the fork in the road. You'll pass by the hospital towards the Medical Arts Plaza
8. Park near the Medical Arts Plaza and enter the building
9. ACR is located on the 3rd floor of the Medical Arts Plaza in Suite 300
