Advanced Clinical Research's utmost priority is always for the privacy of
its patients and for the volunteers that help make this company great. We
at ACR pledge our commitment to treating your information responsibly, and

Information we collect about you:
We collect nonpublic personal and/or business information about visitors to
our site only for lawful business purposes, or as otherwise required by law.

participation in various clinical research studies or to forward health information that you have
indicated interest in receiving. (ii) personal information provided by you in your interest for
possible employment with ACR. (iii) information regarding yours or your company's interest in
possibly conducting clinical trials with ACR.
If you are less than 18 years of age:
Please do not submit any information about yourself to ACR. We ask that your parent or legal
guardian submit your information on your behalf. Instructions for parental/legal guardian
submission are provided on all electronic contact forms.
Information we disclose about you:
For the purposes of conducting clinical research or providing information to you regarding
research studies or medical information you have requested notification of, we share the
nonpublic personal information or business information provided by you. Your information is
provided only to those individuals within our organization that it is necessary to have the
information in order to process your request.
Federal Laws Regarding Your Medical Information:
It is against Federal Code Of Regulations/HIPPA Regulations for your personal health
information to be shared with anyone without your written permission or consent.
ACR will not share or sell your personal demographic or health information with anyone
outside of ACR without your written permission.
