Do you have Type 2 Diabetes & struggle to achieve adequate blood sugar levels?
Advanced Clinical Research (ACR) is currently conducting a research study in adults for an investigational (not approved by the FDA) medicine to see if it helps further lower blood sugar in addition to your current diabetes treatment.
If you are 18 years or older, have type 2 diabetes, and your blood sugars are not well controlled (HbA1c between 7% and 11%) with either diet and exercise or oral diabetes medicines, you may be eligible to participate in this 6 month study.
Study participants may receive study-related physical exams, blood testing, glucose testing supplies, investigational medication or placebo (contains no active medication ) and reimbursement for time, travel expenses, and co-pays for diabetes medications that are already being used.
