Do You Have Type 2 Diabetes?
 
Type 2 Diabetes is a serious condition that can affect your heart, eyes, nerves and kidneys if your blood sugar is not properly controlled.
 
If you are 18 years or older and taking Metformin, you may qualify for a research study with a new investigational medication that is taken along with your Metformin and may better control blood sugar levels.
 
Advanced Clinical Research (ACR) is currently conducting this important clinical trial.
 
Study participants do not need insurance and will receive the following at no cost:
 

-Study-related doctor's visits & evaluations

-Study medication
