HPV Vaccine Study
HPV is also known as the Human Papillomavirus and is one of the most common causes of sexually transmitted infections in the world according to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approximately 6.2 million new cases of HPV infections are reported every year and at least 20 million people in the U.S. are already infected.
ACR is conducting an investigational research study for an investigational HPV Vaccine. In order to qualify you must:
Be female between the ages of 18-45 years old.
Not be breast feeding or pregnant.
Not have had a previous vaccination against HPV
Be in reasonably good health
Patients who qualify will receive study related medical procedures and study vaccine at no cost. Qualified participants will also receive compensation for their time and travel.
